  • I see your measured values are crazy.  This might be simply really poor form (PC-DMIS only looks at the radii, not the functional, flat, portion, so I rarely use SLTR).   Your depth should probably not be zero.  Also, if the slot is substantially out of position, you may need to get much fancier in your program, such as using a series of alignments to roughly figure out where the slot is.
