Anyone could help me explain those Angle dimensions?

Hello all

I am measuring 2 surface angle right now, both surfaces are close to be vertical to X-Y plane. The 3D is right, why 2D result did not make sense. How to fix it?

Try changing your workplane so you are looking at the angle you want to measure from the side.

Both used Z plus. The issue was meas 176.798 DEV -12.722, where the number came from?
