At my shop, we have a radius we're trying to scan. We aligned the part using the OD and the outer edge of the part for the plane.
Then, I set up a linear open scan over the 1.412 radius (attached is a dxf of the print). We've now run into the issue of not knowing how to pull good information off of the scan; mainly since the constructed circles are giving very all-over-the-place readings in terms of the radii, and we can't figure out how to set up the profile dimension with the three datums its referencing. The scan is taking around 25 points in total, we tried to make it more but even when we went into Probe Options and increased the amount of points it should take and regenerated the scan, nothing changed. So, my question is basically, what is the best way about scanning over this radius and getting the three radii and the profile dimension? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, thank you ahead of time!
