Ok computer died. Outside IT replaced computer and installed PCDMIS 2022.2. Running global performance with Renishaw ph10mq and sp25. This machine was installed about 2007. Cmm is acting slow and lethargic. Calibration of an articulation is about 9 min normally, now is about 12 to 15. When running a program i will get error saying that the probe hit something. Probe is in the air not touching anything. Watched the probe and it did not contact anything. I am a programmer but not a tech for repairing or changing settings of PCDMIS. Can someone help. Probe is calibrating and not touching anything "error movement interrupted". CMM was acting fine before new computer. New computer is running windows 11 old computer was running windows 10 if that makes a difference. any help would be greatly appreciated.
