Nothing really strange there for me...
I guess you calibrated T1A0B0 saying "yes, the sphere moved" (theo and actual values are the same, and there's the sphere G2 location).
Then, you calibrated T2A0B0, and the star is not perfectly oriented.
I think you added a 5 mm extension unusefull (because z actual is 5mm longer than theo)
This is correct, although the 5mm deviation is in the Y (just the layout of the results window makes it confusing).
