Do you mean PC-DMIS 2020 R3 or R2?

If you had PC-DMIS 2021.2 or above you can create a constructed extreme point.

The downside with the alternate method in the post linked above in versions older than 2021.2 is that you cannot extract the Polar Radius of an individual point with an expression as easily as the XYZ, IJK. So if you are taking hits along a radius or round feature you will need to do calculations to get the appropriate min/max combination of XYZ depending on direction. (At least not that I know of immediately) If anyone knows a faster way to extract PR of a point/hit please share.
