2023.2 SP4 GD&T Library Update

Where did you find the 2023.2 SP4 version?
I don't see it mentioned on any of Hexagons websites.

 JacobCheverie 2023.2 SP4 is not released yet (but is imminent) so I too am curious about where you found the link?

As for the GD&T library changes, there is one item...

When datums referencing material condition modifiers fail their geometric tolerance to higher precedence datums, PC-DMIS will report the RMB case instead.  See "Rules to Determine Geometric Tolerance" in the  "How PC-DMIS Solves Datums" section of the "Using Geometric Tolerances" chapter of the help file
