I've tried several times to create a customer case record and no matter what I do it freezes up. Emailed customer support directly and the normal "we received your email" auto response didn't came back.

We shall see.. I just put had to put a ticket in for my "newly refurbished machine." We are already a week behind schedule and the machine didn't even make it through calibrating the first probe.
