PC-DMIS 2023.2 won't open on my home Wi-fi

Yes. 2022.1 was working from home and still does work when I'm at home.

Are you using a floating offline license or is it node locked to your laptop?

Floating licenses need to be "booked out" from your company's license server, which is probably why it worked when you were in the office.  PC-DMIS also needs to be able to contact the license server to periodically check that the license is still valid.

Ok. How do I figure out the name of my license server? Then once I find that out, can I edit the license server name/location or do I need to uninstall and reinstall PC-DMIS?

No need to re-install PC-DMIS.  You should be able to open up the CLM Licence server application to configure it to point at the right place.

How would I use the CLM License Server to do that? I click "Manage License Server" and all it tells me is "License Server not found"

Tech support helped out our IT department to get it sorted. I think I'm all set. I'll have to wait until tonight to test it at home. I'm not entirely sure what IT did. From my limited understanding, I think they made a new server for the license to be tied to.
