Hi all, I am a new user, using PC DMIS 2020 R2 and performed an RDS update after my Romer Arm was calibrated and I can still see a virtual probe (graphic items) in my workspace window, but now when I switch to scanner mode, there is no virtual scanner in my workspace window. Somehow this has been toggled off and I am not sure how to toggle it back on. The only thing I've seen when searching the internet is that it could be a driver issue... any thoughts?
