Diameters are showing 'red' even though in tolerance

Question

This one has been nagging me all day. 
 The measured diameters are in tolerance but the report is showing them out of tolerance. 
 I have tried recreating the dimensions but have the same result. 
 Anybody have a clue to revert this back 
 2019R2 version

look at your &Oslash;.708 +/- tol at bottom. Try typing in +.004 / -.004 for your &Oslash;.0980 dia
