I know this has to have been asked before, but here we go...
I'm using 2014.1 on Windows 7 with admin privileges, but two nights ago our 1MM probe file "lost" all parameter sets. I do have a backup from November, but I want to get to the root cause on why it's losing them. The search path is correct and set to only search the directory that the probes are located. The other probe files have all saved parameter sets. This had to have happened during the night shift, but I keep this machine in Protected Mode when I am not programming. Any ideas?
