v 2024 error on opening

NBO CMM

v 2024, after loading and opening last Friday I opened again on Saturday I received a "Error in connect=0", any possible causes would be appreciated

    "Error in connect" means that the software is unable to establish a connection to the machine.  Could be any number of reasons but the most obvious would be...

    • Is the machine switched on?
    • Is the cable between the PC and the CMM plugged in correctly - has somebody unplugged it?
    • Is the IP address correct?  Also check that nobody switched which port it was plugged into.
