I need your advice on how to define DATUM H ... picture below.

Like ^^^ that. Hopefully you have a very tiny probe.
It would be best to run that alignment twice to get the refinement for a tiny part.
Maybe screw a thread gage in that hole in the center of datum H so you can easily align it to your machine.
