FILE_HEADER.LBL Could not Open File: erno-1

I am getting this error when running a program, but everything still works correctly. How would I eliminate this error? It only occurs on one CMM, the other CMM does not have this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What version of PC-DMIS are you using? And has this machine been updated or had any changes made to the pc-dmis install. Since you said everything still works correctly the report header renders properly?

Version 2019 R2. Both machines have all applicable updates for Windows/PCDMIS. I haven't looked definitely at the header as the data goes to QC-Calc.

The other thing to note is that this error only goes to one program. All other programs do not have this error. I have tried to "recreate" this program from a working copy(file save as) and the error still pops up.
