Anyone know what's going on here? Is the machine trying to move outside of the machine envelope?
Yes.
That is what I thought...just weird because there was a generous amount of space in the Y-axis.
The previous programmer is using clearance cubes (SMDH)...maybe they have a huge cube lol...thanks!
Check that, and look a couple lines ahead for move points, this error seems to be triggered by any points before the next physical feature is measured.
