Does PC-DMIS support silent / pass-through measurements?

Within an existing PC-DMIS program, we want to add some measurements which are not to be used to evaluate final pass/fail inspection result.
We do want these values to appear in the same PC-DMIS report as well.
Is there a way to do this in PC-DMIS?
Thanks

  • What I have done in the past for features not evaluated for Pass/Fail would be change the formatting of the dimensional test to report only Nominal, Measurement, and Deviation. Then set the tolerance to +/-100, so it will not show out of spec, but will still give the operators some data to use. I will also add some Report Comment above it explaining what it is if the operator to reference.
