Are you using the location dimension, or Geometric Tolerance?
These posts talk about UAME and local size and may help you to understand what each one is, and why they should be reported (to truly comply with ASME, you should be reporting both).
(+) UAME size calculation - PC-DMIS for CMMs - PC-DMIS - Nexus Community (hexagon.com)
(+) Circular elements or opposed points - PC-DMIS for CMMs - PC-DMIS - Nexus Community (hexagon.com)
The Geometric Tolerance command does let you turn off local size, either from the toggle in the command window or from the "reporting" tab of the dialog.
Right now I'm using location Dimension.
Can you show an example of your code / report window? Location shouldn't have "UAME" and Local Size. It just reports the AXES you select using the checkboxes.
Unless you mean Position?
The location dimension does not report UAME or Local size. It simply reports the ACTL value from the feature diameter which is dependent on whatever best-fit math type was used to measure it.
That's a Size command, NOT a location dimension.
I've always just used the location dimension to do size, except when I am using XactMeasure (we haven't upgraded past 2020R1 yet)
