Good Morning Guys ( If your in USA on the East Coast).
We have a very complicated part that has a very long program (2 Hrs). I started looking into using a Iterative Alignment to ensure that it is aligning its self correctly. It seems like a lot of people aren't using this and I was wondering if their was a reason. On the surface it looks like this should maybe be used all the time.
Also Should I use Iterative Alignment in addition to how I typically align my parts. As of right now I do a real easy manual alignment, then do a dcc using whatever surfaces are best suited for it for that part. Should I put in a iterative after that?
Another question is should I just make my dcc alignment using the best fit method, that window has a Iterative function.
