Which query technique should I use for point location query according to DATUM B and C?

I questioned it 2 ways. 

1. TP for point only

I queried the position with 1 cast point on point 2

Which interrogation is correct in your opinion?

    If the machine cannot measure the component, you need to consider a different tool to measure the component.
    A vision sensor would work much better than a touch-probe sensor, for this application.

    Frankly, I would simply ask for a mating part, and use a functional fit-check to pass all the connector's dimensional requirements.
