Optiv CAD Window Not Appearing

Question

I have a Optiv machine running PC-DMIS 2022.1 
 We haven't been using it in a very long time 
 I opened PC-DMIS recently, started up the Optiv and homed it out, all that. 
 When creating a new program, it loads forever until I select the Vision tab. 
 Then, I can create features from the vision tab without issue. But, when I attempt to look at those features, I cannot. Clicking the CAD window button simply keeps me on the vision screen. I've tried toggling Graphic Display Window view, and that just leaves me with a blank background with no features or cad. Importing a model also does nothing. 
 I've also reset the gbarstate, reinstalled PC-DMIS, reset the Settings Editor User and Product... HELP!

 We recently solved this issue. It actually had to do with my monitors. I have now seen this issue on two different Optiv machines, a customer of ours, and our own. 
 
 One time it was in offline mode, we were using 2 monitors, and when we switched how they were plugged in, the issue started. 
 
 The customer machine, we just changed which ports the monitors were plugged into and it worked. 
 
 Really weird issue. Not sure if it is a known one or not.
