PC-Dmis Crashes when using "to point" with auto features

We just "upgraded" to 2024.1 SP4 built # 269. When we use the auto feature for circle or cylinder then select "to points" and try to modify any of the points PC-Dmis crashes. Is anyone else seeing this? example of code to follow. we use this a lot for our "unless otherwise stated general profiles"

Don't know if this has any relation to "To points", but when creating a BF plane out of two freeform scanned autoplanes and selecting "Use hits/points" PC-DMIS stalls indefinitely, forcing me to CTRL-ALT-DELETE and close it. This is in 2024.1 SP4 and in the construct plane dialog.

Doing this codewise/programmatically in the edit window causes zero problems.
