HEADER/FOOTER IN DEFAULT REPROT

Is necessary to create your own report, possibly using a report from PC Dmis and add your information requested.

Other way is adding input comments and variable values

I checked the "Default" report on my version, and the information displayed is exactly like your screenshot. I will need further clarification on what you are trying to do since this is already possible by selecting "Default" template in the report window.

Adding on to what guillermo ramirez has already said, you will need to make a custom report template of your own if the available templates are not doing what you are asking.

Sounds like you want to alter the default report label (you can find yours in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Hexagon\PC-DMIS\2020 R1\Reporting  titled "FILE_HEADER.LBL" )

Also, if the header and footer are not visible then the report template you are using may not have a header/footer, or you may have accidentally hidden the header/footer. Try opening a program and going into File>Reporting>Clear Template Associated Data
