Report giving two different numbers for one dimension

First let me note that I am very new to PC-DMIS and not familiar with the software or capabilities. I feel I have made the program right, but the report is showing two different numbers for the dimensions.  it appears to show one dimension out of tolerance to the positive and the other out to the negative. All I'm trying to get is the actual dimensions to show up on the report. This part only requires od and id dimensions to be shown. I'd also like to add that measuring the part with pi tape and calipers shows to be correct so I know it's not this far out of tolerance I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

  • You're probably aware of this but if you're using the size dimension command, the top/red portion is the unrelated actual mating envelope (largest pin/smallest hole) and the bottom/yellow is local size, often considered the least material result of the same feature, the labels of which can be seen in what   displayed.  If you use the location dimension for a diameter, you need to make sure that the math type in the feature's edit window is set to the way you want it to be considered (max inscribed, LSQ, min circ, etc.).
