Reporting path broken after Windows 10 update

What kind of Windows 10 update was this? Like an automatic update?

Also does this directory dialog have a weird window title like "Output File Name" and has a checkbox for "concatenate"? If so, this is could most certainly registry related. I would double check that the file path is correct one more time just to be sure

Update was done by our IT dept but yes, one of the regular updates from MS.
The dialog comes up showing one directory above the printpath that we set in our PCDMIS program (it used to just save there).
Ive confirmed that access hasn't changed. And, If I click through the dialog and select the desired directory, it works.

Havd your IT department to check the permissions in the registry. It is not only the folders that needs correct permissions, but the registry as well.
