Good Morning!
I have a Feature Control Frame that has three sets of common datums [A-F], [B(M)-D(M)], & [C(M)-E].
I have defined each individual datum.
Now, I am trying to create common datums using PCDMIS: CAD++ Version - 2018 R2 (Build #504 - Service Pack 8), but can't figure out how to do so.
Any help is appreciated.
1. Unchecked Use Legacy Dimensions
2. Choose the corresponding Feature in Dimensions which should be Xact
3. Choose those datums and input # as in Pic 1
4.B(M)-D(M) should be same as B-D (M), while A-F could type in
Pic 1
[C(M)-E]. might not work.. Does it make sense for the rotation with some partial MMC?
KJAdams What feature types are being used for your datums? 2018 only supports common datums consisting of two co-axial circles or cylinders. See:Defining Datums
