The CMM itself has nothing to do with what the software and computer will support.
Which PC-DMIS MR2 did you get? (Version? 4.3? 2010?) (CAD ++)????
I know there are several CAD programs out there (Design CAD, Turbo, AutoCad, etc) , I have simple parts I want to create a CAD model for this vision system cmm to inspect so trying to find the lowest priced CAD software that can get the job done.
any software that will export out a .stp, .igs, .dxf or .cad, those are the common and typical file extensions you will import without special licenses.
