true measure versus legacy

can someone explain the difference between these two types of measuring?
should they produce the same results.customer has parts that measure good in true measure and bad in legacy.
there true measure results match our results with legacy within a .0001.

The two types of reporting will produce the same results if the options are selected appropriately in each.

If you want to use modifiers on datum, legacy doesn't work.

Just double checked this. If modifiers are applied to datum, the legacy mode calculates TP wrong.

Legacy has been working for me. It's the Xact Measure that has the bugs. I'll do some research to see if I can duplicate what you're seeing, nano
