How to define a custom probe head for a N/C machine

We are going to be using PcDmis on a large CNC 5 axis mill and I need to define a probe head (which is really the A and B rotary head on the n/c machine) that matches the definition of the rotary head on the n/c machine.

Did you make this? I have made a prototype tool that can help make these. Let me know your situation
