Greetings all (my first post)
My company have just purchased PC-DMIS V4.3 to be used on our Leica Laser Trackers.
However,we have an early teething problem..!
We import X,Y,Z nominals into PC-DMIS (raw x,y,z,i,j,k data in a notepad.xyz file)
We then select the "program mode" icon at the top of the screen.
Then...when we try to click on any of the imported CAD x,y,z points,
a message comes up in the lower left part of the screen saying
"CAD Element not selected"
Any ideas why it is saying this..?
All the correct tick boxes, appear to have been enabled in Preferences/Set-Up
(i.e...find nominlas from CAD....ETC).
There is a way round this problem,
by going to auot feature - Vector Point, then using muose left click to draw a box around the CAD point.
This will generate the required result, but also gives additional unwanted info
(dimension & location info)
Any help would be appreciated.
