FCF Label Crash

Does anybody have a system meltdown when they create mutiple FCFs from the dimension tool bar? It happens to me when the software tries to draw the labels.
How can I set it up so when I dimension something the labels do not appear on the screen until I toggle them to show?

    You can't, as far as I know. Each new label will show up as you make it. You can HIDE ALL every so often to hide them, but other than that.......
