Reloading PCDMIS after crash

I had to recently reload PCDMIS 4.2 and Romer Cimcore Utilities on my laptop. How do I get PCDMIS to communicate with the Romer Arm. The Romer Arm is working with the CIMCORE Utilities Program correctly.
