On a Optiv, In vision mode. I am getting what look like heat waves across the screen.

Only shows in the live video window and not the whole monitor?

Shows when lights are off too or just low backlight?

Shows without part in focus?

Check cable connections, ground wires, electrical wires close to the signal cable.
