I have a rather large part, 750lbs. I imported my CAD model. I made my plain and lvl'd to Z. Did my alignment to my model then CAD to model...WoW!!! this is working out great.!!! I took all my dimensions on the first side. I need to use dimensions / features from the first side on to the second side.
Flipped the puppy and realigned to my same features again. Following the steps from before moved the points from Pos to neg and hit CAD to model and accepted it..."We ain't in Kansas any more". All my data from before the move / realignment are all gone.
I remember doing the alignment process with Johnathon at Hexagon and we aligned on the block and he flipped it and we realigned to it.
