Why is my measured cylinder ( Cyl 2 )showing up at such a weird angle? You can see where the ring bands are, the orange points that are supposedly being used for the calculation, so why does it show up so off base? Cyl 1 worked great, so why not cyl 2?
Jeff, not sure what you mean by fuzzy. If you are talking about the points on the end of the cylinder, that is core flash left over from the casting process. I could clean some of that up, but if those points are not within the rings bands, why would those effect anything? I ended up just picking a series of points around that cylinder to generate a circle and got my info that way.
