having trouble measuring holes gr=etting errorous reading

i tried to measure a circle that i know measures 11.9 but the pcdmis soft ware came up with 338 units are correct calibration passed not sure what is wrongDisappointed

    But by asking for code and more info, we may find out that it's a cylinder made from two levels and 4 hits per level.
    As you know, this can cause the cylinder to create incorrectly, giving huge errors.

    So I ask questions that lead the OP to the CORRECT answer.
