Hello everyone, I have a pc-dmis dongle that is good up to version 2009 mr1. I am trying to connect our Faro Titanium arm up to use with pc-dmis. I am tired of the limitations we have with Cam2. We have never tried running pc-dmis with the faro arm. I loaded the FaroUSBDrivers_V5.4.02 that I downloaded from the wilcoxassoc site. I then tried to start pc-dmis and I got an error saying it could not initialize machine. I then went into the pc-dmis settings editor. The only reference I found in the editor was User_Faro_Interface. The only thing under that was Last_CalError. Does anyone have any ideas what I need to do to get pc-dmis to recognize the faro arm? You need a dongle that is programmed for the Faro. Each and every dongle is programmed for a specific controller type.
