manually select points to display in graphics window?

I've noticed so far that while looking at the cad model in the graphics display window it shows all the points I have taken during the inspection. What I'd like to know is if it possible to display seperate point groups while hiding all other points so I can report where hits were taken while inspecting certain features using the screen capture command.

    Excellent suggestion using Snagit...I'm also using Snagit and it works great.

    I was wondering if you can help me change the tag from a grafic to the actual value output. Customer wants to see values in the capture.

    thanks,

    I have been trying to do this without success for quite some time. Mind you, this has been with my current version 3.7mr3.

    What I have been doing for a while now is to measure my part, then when its done, do the following;
    i) go to Insert / Report Command / Dimension Info, then select the features I wish to report and rotate the view as required.
    ii) I then use some method to do a screen capture (we have a program called "Snagit") and resize / trim the screen capture.
    iii) Last, I copy and paste into an excel sheet.
    iv) I have multiple views with all of my pertinent information.

    For us, this is actually the way one of our customers wants to see their reports. A little tedious but it works.

    Hope this helps you somewhat.
