I am a new user using the PC DMIS 2011 MR1C software for my 7525 Romer Arm. I have made a program with the Point Auto Trigger feature, I selected the position on the CAD model, made sure the point was set to the nominals. However, every time I rerun the program, the nominals change in the report. How do I keep the nominals, when using this feature?
Upon further review, I found that I have multiple measurements that the nominal changes from time to time. It seems if I save the program and come back into the program, run a part, then look at the report the nominals are changing? Am I missing a simple step? Do I need to "mark all" before saving?
As for the target radius, I have been using a 3mm radius, the parts being checked have a high tolerance.
