RS1 scanner Lines Vs. Points

Something weird happened today. PCDMIS crashed. Now when I use my RSI scanner on the Romer I get a series of lines instead of a nice looking cloud of points. How do I get the points back? See attached flies. Also my digital read out now has the "T" value displayed where it didn't before the crash, how do I get rid of the "T" value in the readout?

I tried several different settings in the RDS control panel to get points back, but nothing worked.

Scott, the lines to points control is on the exposure setting dialog for the RDS that pops up when you turn on the RS1. They are small rainbow colored icons above the exposure status bar, just click on the one you want it to show.

Brad, does yours actually change between lines and points when you click on those buttons? I tried that when this happened and after I read your post here, it doesn't change anything on mine.

I looked back at some of my old "test" scans from when we first got this arm and those consisted of lines also. I guess I just never noticed the distinct lines before. I think having the software crash and having multiple things change at once, I was paying more attention to things and noticed it more. The lines really only jump out at me in the beginning of a scan, as more points are taken the lines become less distinct as the program starts to only show a percentage of the points.
