We tried setting up the computer that we got with the Romer Arm to match our IP Address of our network so we could start putting our files on our base network as to not fill up the computers entire memory and to have backups on our programs. The only problem is that now we aren't able to use the arm to scan points. I have a call placed into Hexagon's Tech Support but have been waiting a couple hours for a call back maybe one of you guys can help me out on figuring out the IP address that was installed when we first got the arm. Or if there is a way to change the IP address on the arm so we can change that to match our networks IP.
