Pointing to a hit spot with Laser Tracker

E.G. When shooting a plane for flatness with multiple hit points and I get the form, is there a way to have the tracker point to the basic hit points (high spots/low spots) on the measured piece? I am sure there is a way to do this I'm just unsure on how to do it. Thanks in advance.

You can use the autotrigger or setup the probe readout to display distance to target for the high and low points.
