Pointing to a hit spot with Laser Tracker

E.G. When shooting a plane for flatness with multiple hit points and I get the form, is there a way to have the tracker point to the basic hit points (high spots/low spots) on the measured piece? I am sure there is a way to do this I'm just unsure on how to do it. Thanks in advance.

You can try using variables, read this thread first (reply #5 from JamesMannes):

If that works for you, create vector points with the max/min points and use autotrigger or "probe-readout-distance to target" to locate the points.
