I have a Romer Laser scanner that has 2011 mr1 that works great! But when i installed 2012 mr1 the laser scanning part of the program is freezing hard probe works fine. Flies through the features but then says press scan done. So when i do that it does nothing? Any advice?
Can you give me a better idea of what it is doing? When you say that it is freezing is the scan not populating fast like it was before, or is the whole software freezing? Some of these fixes might be graphics card changes, maybe you need to adjust a couple settings. A little better description will help diagnose what may be going on.
