PC DMIS -RDS Scanning

I am having a problem with my portable scanning that all the lines keep dropping out, could this be a firmware issue? Or if anyone else have any issues regarding this?

Could you be a little more specific as to what you are having issues with? Also what is the equipment, version of software, and computer?
