anybody know if is posible to edit a .CATPart file in pc-dmis?, if yes how i can do it? and, how can i erase a file of my graphic window for import another?
You have to have the module to import a .catpart file into PCDMIS. Under File-Import-CATIA, you should have the option to bring it into the system. I don't have that option, and found out it's a separate module.
You can not edit a CATIA file or any other type of CAD file in PCDMIS. You can import one and use it for programming if you have purchased the appropriate CAD translator. Once you have imported it into PCDMIS it is converted into the internal PCDMIS cad format and can not be exported in original format again. You can hide, show, delete, and transform surfaces once the file has been imported into PCDMIS but it is no longer a CATIA file at this point and can not ever go back to being one.
