Recently updated to PC-DMIS SP3 (due to issues with probe compensation), and still having issues. I removed the 6mm ruby (the probe I typically use) and recalibrated it. Any ideas?

I ran in to this issue today actually at our facility. Chances are that the probe file you are using had the nominals changed. Edit the tip in PC-DMIS and see what the diameter says. If it's not 6mm delete the probe file and have PC-DMIS reimport it by attaching the probe in a new part program.
Thank you for the response, Peter. I ended up having a ticket issued, and downloaded SP4. I deleted my ruby's and started with a fresh calibration. Currently all functions, I have been able to check, are working flawlessly.

Yea, I was using SP2 when I ran into the issue. I had to delete my probes and let PC-DMIS re-define them. The issue shouldn't re-occur in SP3 and above as long as you fixed them in what ever new version you're using. But I'd keep an eye on it.
As far as I know this bug is specific to 2013MR1 SP2 (might be sp3), that's not to say that there might be other issues, hardware or software that cause the same symptoms.
