Have you resolved the issue with the winrds-error=622089247? I have tried almost everything and can't get it to work. I think it has to do with the Romer itself. I tried wiping our computer clean, reinstalled the software and even uploaded an updated copy of the WinRDS. It won't recognize the romer arm through the USB. I have verified that I have all the correct drivers installed.
