compensation probe

Hi

I have a problem with my PC-DMIS.
My arm does not compensate for the probe.
I have PC-2013 Dmis MR1. To you feel the same ??
What do I do to fix it.

I have it mounted on a Romer arm

What service pack? Update to at least SP2 and it should work although some people still seem to have problems. I had the problem but updated to SP2 and all is good.
