I got a response back from Hexagon and it was revealed to me that they do in fact use Iterative Calibrations. Meaning previous results are included in future calculations to refine the Calibration.
With that being said I was told to use a combination of Planar, Sherical, and Single point to do this process and to run each one of these a few times to get the residual error down. Just an FYI.
